The Inter County Baseball Association gives thanks to the dedication and passion of our coaches, players, umpires, and volunteers. Without their unwavering commitment, we wouldn't be the strong community we are today. To honor these outstanding individuals, we are now accepting nominations for our annual awards, celebrating those who make our league exceptional.
Nominations are open until 6 p.m. on Monday, August 26, with winners announced at our Annual Awards Gala on October 10, held at the Waterloo Regional Police Association Banquet Centre. Nominations received after this date will not be considered.
Award nominations are being accepted in the following categories:
PLAYER OF THE YEAR: Awarded annually to players in recognition of their dedication, sportsmanship, and athletic ability.

- Junior Select (9U, 11U or 13U select)
- Senior Select (15U or 18U select)

PITCHER OF THE YEAR: Awarded annually to players who demonstrated an outstanding season as a pitcher while also exemplifying characteristics of dedication, sportsmanship, and a high level of athletic ability.

COACH OF THE YEAR: Awarded annually to coaches who guides their athletes to success in sport and in life by instilling in them the values of honesty, integrity, a positive attitude, competitiveness, and a love of sport.

TEAM OF THE YEAR: Awarded annually to an ICBA rep team and an ICBA select team to recognize their outstanding accomplishments and ability to embrace the values of ICBA and inspire others to be strong leaders both on and off the baseball field.
