Inter County Baseball Association Ejection Reporting

Inter County Baseball Association (ICBA) takes the conduct of its members seriously.

The Ejection Reporting Form is to be completed and submitted within 24 hours of an ejection of any player or coach in an ICBA game.

The umpire who made the ejection, as well as the head coach of each team MUST submit a report.  If an assistant coach is ejected, he/she MUST also complete and submit an ejection report.

All ejected individuals will automatically receive a one-game suspension (or if ejected after the final out, a two game suspension) to be served at their next scheduled ICBA game(s).  Each ejection will then be reviewed by the Protest & Discipline Committee and further discipline may be imposed at their discretion.

Appeal Procedure

An individual suspended more than 2 games by the Protest and Discipline Committee may appeal the decision.

The individual's local is required to pay a deposit of $200 dollars. Upon receipt of the deposit, the President shall appoint a special hearing board of three(3) members who were not involved in the original hearing. The decision of this hearing board is final. If the penalty is reduced by the special hearing board, the deposit will be refunded.
