Rob Jackson continues to set the standard for excellence as Woodstock Minor Baseball’s registrar. Even when faced with a new roster submission process, Rob adapted seamlessly, ensuring every roster was accurate and complete. While other associations faced challenges obtaining proper releases, Rob’s attention to detail ensured nothing was missed. His consistency, diligence, and professionalism make him a truly deserving repeat recipient of the 2025 Registrar of the Year award.

Rob Jackson is a model registrar, ensuring all of Woodstock Minor Baseball’s rosters were completed well in advance of deadlines. Every release was accounted for, with zero errors or omissions, demonstrating exceptional attention to detail and organizational skill. His dedication, reliability, and thoroughness set the standard for what a registrar should be, making him a truly deserving recipient of the 2024 Registrar of the Year award.

The task of the local registrar was no easy feat this season. After countless delays, OBA launched a new platform for rostering which came with many challenges and unknowns. Beth embraced this with ease, never once complaining. Beth's attention to detail and proactive approach will be missed as she leaves SMBA to pursue other volunteer endeavours but through the creation of a training manual, there is no doubt SMBA's next registrar will have the tools needed to follow in her footsteps.

When we speak of unwavering passion, it’s safe to say Ron simply can’t get enough baseball between his duties as a registrar, board responsibilities and umpiring. His attention to detail is evident in how smoothly his rosters are completed - timely, accurate, and without error. When asked to assist Ron doesn’t hesitate whether it is completing a roster for a Senior team not affiliated with the local or helping effect change with the movement towards electronic signature collection.
