Coach Scott’s passion for Girls’ Baseball is unwavering. He understands the unique challenges and triumphs girls face in the sport, and his extensive coaching background reflects that dedication. He isn't just a supporter; he’s a champion for the female game.
Experience on the Provincial Stage
A true veteran of the sport, Scott isn't new to the Ontario Summer Games arena. He brings the invaluable experience of having already coached twice at these games! He deeply understands the commitment and work required to build a competitive team, but more importantly, he knows exactly how to make the experience unforgettable, rewarding, and truly amazing for every player involved.
A Lifelong Commitment to the Diamond
Scott’s coaching philosophy is born from decades of involvement in baseball. He has served as a head coach, assistant coach, instructor, and consultant for countless programs, including:

Founder and Head Coach of the Trail Blazers Girls Baseball Club.

Head Coach for the Tecumseh Thunder Baseball Club and Tecumseh Minor Baseball.

Consultant and Instructor for Canadian Girls Baseball and Brantford Minor Baseball.
He has also contributed significantly to player selection processes, including tryout volunteer roles for Team Ontario U17 Men and various Team Ontario Women’s age groups. Scott understands the pipeline and the development required to excel at higher levels.

Beyond the championships and accolades, Scott’s priority is the players. He is committed to creating a supportive, energetic, and development-focused environment. With a family full of ballplayers, his heart is truly in the game, and his mission is to build confidence, skill, and lasting memories.
