Previous Season Winner

Sr Player

Joey Burns

Woodstock 18U T2

Joey is a natural leader and earned the respect of his fellow players, peers, and coaches at an early age. Players from other teams in 18U T2 have inquired if Joey has aged out, as a sign of his natural ability and his utility to compete at any position. Joey has one of the best all-around seasons pitching, fielding, and hitting. He finished the season with a .454 batting average, a .963 fielding percentage, and 8-2 on the mound. He was strong at shortstop making very few errors and coming up with defensive gems one after another. Joey was a great teammate, always encouraging his teammates and never quitting leading his time to 25 total wins, and to the OBA Provincial Finals and the ICBA finals.
